RRB Section Controller exam. RRB has officially announced the Section Controller Exam Date 2026. The Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to be held on 12 and 13 October 2026.
The recruitment is being conducted under CEN 03/2026 for a total of 119 Section Controller posts. Candidates who successfully submitted their applications can now check the exam schedule and should start preparing for the upcoming CBT.

Fee Refund After CBT-I
Candidates who appear in the CBT may receive a refund according to their category:
- UR / OBC / EWS: ₹400
- SC / ST / PH / Female: ₹250
RRB Section Controller Age Limit
The age limit is calculated as on 1 July 2026:
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 33 Years
Age relaxation will be available to eligible candidates as per Railway Recruitment Board rules.
