The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has now made available the NTPC 10+2 Undergraduate Level CBT-I Result and Score Card 2026. The recruitment is being carried out under CEN 07/2025 for 3,058 vacancies in various non-technical positions across the Indian Railways.
The first-stage Computer Based Test was held in multiple shifts on 7, 8, 9 May and 13, 14, 15, 16 and 20 June 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their result and score card through the RRB portal using their registration credentials.

Candidates who appeared in CBT-I are eligible for the applicable fee refund as per the recruitment rules.

Age relaxation will be applicable to eligible candidates according to the prescribed RRB rules.

What Comes After CBT-I?
Clearing CBT-I is an important step, but it does not by itself guarantee appointment. Candidates who qualify will have to participate in the subsequent selection stages applicable to their chosen post, including CBT-II and skill or typing tests wherever required, followed by document verification and the prescribed medical examination.
A final appointment through NTPC can provide candidates with a long-term career in the Indian Railways, with opportunities for departmental promotion, increased responsibilities and progression to higher-level posts over time. The exact career path depends on the post allotted and the applicable railway service rules.
