Eligibility Criteria
Primary Level (Classes 1 to 5)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university along with an approved teacher training qualification such as BTC, B.El.Ed., D.El.Ed., or an equivalent course recognized by NCTE. Candidates pursuing the final year of the required qualification may also be eligible as per the notification.
Upper Primary Level (Classes 6 to 8)
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with the required marks prescribed by the notification along with a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed., BTC, B.El.Ed., D.El.Ed., or an equivalent programme. Candidates with Special Education qualifications recognized by the RCI and those enrolled in eligible integrated teacher education programmes can also apply, subject to the official eligibility rules.
